Abstract

The main issues in the supplementary sheet are related to sample-size justification, inconsistent data, unclear diagnostic criteria, inadequate methodological details, statistical reporting, and unsupported conclusions. Several comments also concern ethical information, laboratory methods, comparison groups, study-period justification, and questionnaire validity.
